  1. INDIA FREE SHIPPING on orders over 2,000INR! Free Shipping offer is not valid when any other discount or promotional offer is used. Unfortunately, we cannot offer our great low prices, additional coupon savings as well as Free Shipping.
  2. Simply go through checkout with your product order of 2000INR or more to be eligible to see our Daily Deals! Be sure to add the daily deals to your cart from the checkout page to get the daily deal price! 2000INR product order does not include tax or shipping.
  3. For Shipping rates, please go through checkout. We apologize that we are not able to quote shipping via email or phone.

INDIAN SHIPPING:

  1. You can trust your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. Excluding Indian holidays and weekends, Salub Herbs ships daily! Please take a look at our hours of operation so you are aware of our shipping time limitations. Once your order is completed, we can generally ship it within 24 hours. Our apology is that during the big holidays and special sale events, it can take a little longer.
  2. Shipping rates are available upon checkout. Salub Herbs uses TNT Express and FedEx as our major carriers. Insurance against loss, damage and rifling is included in all shipping rates within India. See below for insurance claim information. Delivery times will vary by location and method of shipping you select. Some orders will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
  3. For more information on this, please contact us via email: info@salubherbs.com. All orders containing fragrances, nail enamels, or pressurized packaging are restricted to FedEx Ground Service only and are only shipped to the lower 29 Indian states. No international shipping on those items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  1. Salub Herbs ships worldwide (however not to every country), we truly apologize for this. Among others, we do not ship to: Iran, Iraq, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, Tajikistan, Entire continent of Africa, and more.
  2. Again, we are really fast at getting your orders on their way to you. Excluding Indian holidays and weekends, Salub herbs ships daily! Once your order is complete, we can generally ship it within 24 hours. Sometimes even faster! During the winter holidays and special sale events, it can take a little longer.
  3. Our shipping rates are based on weight, not total value of purchase. Therefore you will need to go through the checkout process to get your shipping fee. All shipping rates are given PRIOR to paying. We highly recommend FedEx Service to all international destinations as delivery times will be cut in half using this method. TNT express and Fedex Service will provide complete tracking to your door.
  4. Insurance is available on FEDEX Services, DHL Services and TNT Express service ONLY. If you wish to have your parcel insured, you should select FEDEX Service, DHL Service OR TNT Express Service AND request optional insurance. If insurance is not requested, international parcels are NOT covered for loss or damage of any kind. To request the insurance, you must email us immediately following your order with INSURANCE REQUEST in the subject line of the email. We will gladly cover the cost of the insurance too!
  5. Please understand purchasing from our site and using the FEDEX and TNT Express methods and not requesting insurance is a risk you take as a buyer. If you choose to take this risk of not insuring your parcel and it becomes lost or damaged, there is nothing we can do to recover your funds or order. Purchasing from our site is an agreement to this term.
  6. Please understand and allow us to make this very clear...no international parcels are insured for loss or damage unless you request insurance and select Fedex , DHL or TNT express service!!!!
  7. We apologize that we are not able to ship fragrances, nail enamels or pressurized pack products internationally due to DOT air transportation restrictions on these items.

CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL INDIAN BUYERS:

  1. To file a claim for loss or damage of your parcel, you must email us all information including order number within 10 days of order date. Claims will not be accepted after 10 days from order date. We process claims for loss/damage with Fedex/TNT Express after 30 days from date of shipment.
  2. Please note that ALL claims for loss/damage of parcel/products will have a minimum 30 days wait period before we can process your claim. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on carrier claim processing time. We may require additional information from you to accept your claim including photographic evidence of damage in shipping.
  3. When using FedEx shipping options: if a parcel is returned to us for any reason when any FedEx option has been selected, Fedex will charge a return parcel fee that will be passed on to you via a reduction to your orders return total.

CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

  1. To file a claim for loss or damage of your parcel, you MUST HAVE PURCHASED TNT EXPRESS OR FEDEX SERVICE. NO OTHER METHOD CAN BE CLAIMED.
  2. You have to email us all information including order number within 20 days of order date. Claims will not be accepted after 20 days from order date. Claims are processed with TNT after 21 days from date of shipment for most countries. Select countries claim time is up to 90 days from shipment date. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on USPS claim processing time.
  3. Again, if you have not requested insurance on your FEDEX, DHL or TNT EXPRESS parcel at the time you place your order, you cannot file a claim with us. When using FedEx, TNT or DHL shipping options: if a parcel is returned to us for any reason when any Fedex, TNT or DHL option has been selected, they will charge a return parcel fee that will be passed on to you via a reduction to your orders return total.

DELIVERY TIMES:

  1. Salub Herbs operates Mondays – Fridays, 9:00AM – 6:00PM (excluding Indian holidays).
  2. We process orders these same business hours. Orders received Thursday before 9AM. Pacific time will process that day. Orders received after 9AM Thursdays will not process until the following Monday. Orders received Friday-Sunday will process the following Monday or Tuesday respectfully.

INSIDE INDIA:

  1. Economy Shipping: 5-10 days.
  2. Fedex Home Delivery: 5-7 days.

INTERNATIONAL:

  1. Delivery times are impossible to calculate due to customs involvement.
  2. Most European countries will be approximately 2-4 weeks with any TNT service except Express. Most countries in Asia will run 2-4 weeks. Shipments to USA take 2-3 weeks. Shipments to Australia take 2-3 weeks

Hazardous Materials

  1. Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, fragrance, nail polish etc.) are required by the national Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments we require Fedex Ground shipping.

Fedex/DHL/TNT shipping option Warning:

  1. When using Fedex shipping options: if a parcel is returned to us for any reason when any Fedex/DHL/TNT option has been selected, they charges a return parcel fee that will be passed on to you via a reduction to your orders return total. This fee is generally your initial shipping fee charged again.
  2. Reasons for returned parcel may include: unclaimed parcel, signature confirmation needed and no one to sign, insufficient address, missing address information (including apt/suite #), PO Box address given, etc.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS CUSTOMS:

  1. Please note that it is your responsibility as the importer to know what can and cannot be imported into your country. If an order gets pulled by customs due to restricted/prohibited products, incorrect customs labeling, insufficient labeling or any other compliance issue, Salub Herbs will not be able to assist you in recovering/releasing your order.
  2. All detailed product information like Country of Origin, Manufacturer name and address, Packaging details including images and further compliance details are not provided by Salub Herbs. This information must be provided to your customs department at your discretion and is solely your responsibility. For larger orders especially, we suggest you contact us before you place an order as we can accommodate your preparing your own shipping and customs compliance information.
  3. Salub Herbs does not pay any customs duties/taxes or fee's.
